Specialty Shops SouthPark is excited to announce that Ann & Sid Mashburn will join its lineup of upscale boutiques, luxury services, and first-class restaurants in 2025.

Ann and Sid Mashburn, an Atlanta-based husband and wife team, met in New York while each worked in their respective careers in the fashion industry: Ann on the editorial side of fashion at Conde Nast and as a stylist at J.Crew; Sid as a designer for brands including J.Crew, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and Lands’ End. They opened their first Sid Mashburn store in Atlanta in 2007. In the years since then, they have expanded their brick-and-mortar locations to include Dallas and Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Nashville, TN; New York, NY; and Washington, DC.

Ann Mashburn’s womenswear line includes timeless silhouettes, current trends, and tailored staples. From the crisp woven shirts inspired by the men’s designs to easy yet chic pull-on pants to the bestselling Buckle Shoe, shoppers will discover their new favorite pieces to wear and love for many years. Sid Mashburn’s line offers quintessential menswear for every man, ranging from handmade-in-Italy suits and tuxedos to American-made blue jeans, woven and polo shirts, and a full assortment of benchmade footwear from casual to formal.

In addition to their signature lines, the Mashburns carry an edited collection of iconic, best-of products from other brands that complement the assortment: A.P.C. & Aspesi apparel; Edward Green footwear; Levi’s jeans; Tretorn & Diadora sneakers; Filson luggage; Allyn Scura & Izipizi eyewear; Marie-Hélène de Taillac jewelry; and Proraso & Wonder Valley skin care products among others.

The Ann & Sid Mashburn at Specialty Shops SouthPark will feature the distinctive designs and tailored clothing the Mashburn companies are known for, in addition to providing personal attention and memorable experiences for their customers.

A pass-through will connect the two stores at Specialty Shops SouthPark with a seamless integration of the brand’s established store designs featuring sisal and vintage kilim rugs, custom oak millwork, unlacquered brass accents, personal mementos, and the Mashburns’ signature store moodboards assembled by Ann and Sid. There will also be an in-house tailor shop led by a Master Tailor for custom clothing and alterations. The combined space will be 5,718 sq ft total. Construction on the new store is anticipated to start early in the new year with projected opening in late summer /early fall.
