Charlotte, NC – Hill Partners has successfully completed the rebranding of Specialty Shops on the Park to Specialty Shops SouthPark to better reflect the center’s position in the SouthPark submarket of the Charlotte MSA.

Additionally, a comprehensive cosmetic renovation has been completed. This included the addition of the new Specialty Shops entry signage that did not previously exist at the main entrances; upgrades to the overall landscaping and potscaping program; lighting upgrades in the courtyard; new amenity package including Wi-Fi, a music system, umbrellas and cafe seating in the courtyard; renovation of the via ways to enhance visibility and lighting; and the completion of new stenciling and painting to highlight key focal points throughout the property. “We are extremely excited with the outcome of the renovation and have been consistent with the original design inspiration of the center, which was Worth Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida” said Robert H.
