Specialty Shops SouthPark is excited to announce that Ann & Sid Mashburn will join its lineup of upscale boutiques, luxury services, and first-class restaurants in 2025.
The Ann & Sid Mashburn at Specialty Shops SouthPark will feature the distinctive designs and tailored clothing the Mashburn companies are known for, in addition to providing personal attention and memorable experiences for their customers.
“On behalf of our joint venture, we are very excited to bring another unique, market-exclusive store to Charlotte and look forward to the opening of Ann & Sid Mashburn at Specialty Shops SouthPark,” said Robert H. Spratt, Jr. President of Hill Partners, Inc. The addition of this distinctive fashion brand is especially exciting as it further expands the carefully curated mix of upscale retailers and restaurants that are sought after by Specialty Shops SouthPark’s discerning customers.”
A pass-through will connect the two stores at Specialty Shops SouthPark with a seamless integration of the brand’s established store designs featuring sisal and vintage kilim rugs, custom oak millwork, unlacquered brass accents, personal mementos, and the Mashburns’ signature store moodboards assembled by Ann and Sid. There will also be an in-house tailor shop led by a Master Tailor for custom clothing and alterations. The combined space will be 5,718 sq ft total. Construction on the new store is anticipated to start early in the new year, with a projected opening in late summer /early fall.
