THRIVE, an innovative holistic lifestyle concept, will make its debut at Specialty Shops SouthPark in mid-2017. THRIVE will offer comprehensive wellness care through a unique approach to health that will inspire customers to achieve vitality and balance in mind, body, and spirit.
THRIVE’s combination of conventional, integrated, and medical practices combined with personalized and proactive services including health education, personalized lifestyle training, fitness, yoga, nutrition, cooking classes, and healing practices, will all be available under one roof in a luxury spa-like setting.

THRIVE understands the importance of total body health and will also offer complementary practices such as massage and bodywork, meditation and mindfulness training, and organic skin care services. The retail store will offer highly-specialized products such as THRIVE vitamins, supplements, weight management products, holistic medical grade skincare, health-related books, cooking items, aromatherapy, candles, and apparel items.

The staff at THRIVE will consist of physicians, fitness professionals, nutritionists, cooking professionals, and other specialists who each have more than twenty years of experience in the Charlotte area.
THRIVE owners Nancy Palermo, MD and Amy D. Fletcher, MD are well-regarded in Charlotte. Dr. Palermo is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the Charlotte community over 22 years. She has frequently been awarded honors in Charlotte Magazine’sTop Doctors, Charlotte Business Journal’s Top Doctors, North Carolina Business Journals Top Doctors and Smarty Pants “Best OB GYN for the past 3 years.
Dr. Fletcher has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in the community for nearly 20 years. She has provided care for thousands of women, striving to optimize their well-being at every phase of life and has been recognized multiple times as one of Charlotte Magazine’s Top Doctors. Her passion for health and wellness inspired her to complete additional training and board certification in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona with Dr. Andrew Weil.
